DESCRIPTION:L’accordo Stato/Regioni del 21.12.2011 e del 07/07/2016 disciplinano la  formazione e l’aggiornamento dei lavoratori\, dei dirigenti e dei preposti ai sensi dell’art. 37 del D.lgvo 81/2008. I contenuti della “formazione generale” sono standardizzati e quindi ogni lavoratore\, una volta effettuato il corso   ottiene un “credito formativo” permanente. Quindi anche la   formazione svolta in un’altra scuola o in un’altra realtà lavorativa e attestata sia come contenuti che come ore effettuate\, è da ritenersi valida.
